We went to
the 7th annual Paris GOAL charity ball, which took place in June at the Hotel
Concorde Lafayette. GOAL
is an Irish charity which helps children in developing countries.

In the hotel lobby we admired the topical tennis ball sculpture.
(The French open was currently taking place.)

Arriving at the ball.
The evening kicked off with a champagne reception, where we mingled with
friends on the terrace.

Then we sat down and enjoyed the dinner.

Roast beef followed by a wonderful chocolate dessert.
The evening continued with a charity auction with guest speakers the tennis
players, Pat Cash and Mats Wilander

As usual great fun was had by all. See the photos from previous GOAL
balls 2005, 2004,
2003 and 2002.
