In July we had a holiday in Scotland and spent a few days in Aberdeen before travelling to the Highlands. We passed through
Ballater and Balmoral before arriving in
Inverness.
From there we journeyed south along the banks of Loch Ness and visited
Urquhart Castle, the Falls of Moriston and
Fort Augustus. Before heading home we stopped at
Loch Lomond. We also enjoyed dining at some wonderful
restaurants.
