We were invited to join Phil in celebrating his birthday on the l'Ile
Saint-Louis in the centre of Paris.
Phil holds the menu, while John makes his choices.
For my starter I chose the seasonal asparagus.
Delicious!
Throughout the evening there were several birthday toasts.
