John and I visited Peel in the Isle Of Man in January 2004.

We
walked along the sea front and looked across to Peel Castle.

We
followed the path along the harbour
round
to the Manx National Heritage Museum, The House of Manannan.
It's
a very interesting and interactive museum. We spent several enjoyable hours
wandering around exploring the Celtic, Viking and maritime traditions of the
Isle of Man. You can listen to the Manx fishermen's tales of fishing,
travelling and even smuggling throughout the Island's history.
Find out
more about visiting the museum.
