On Christmas Eve we put presents under our Christmas tree

Phil and Cynthia welcomed their guests to a festive feast,

we didn't want to run out of wine, so we all brought a bottle

which involved plenty of eating and drinking.

John sampled the monbazillac John, Jim and Dave prepare for a festive feast

We took our places at the table

Then the gentlemen retired to the other side of room for a little pause in between courses.

we needed to have a rest in between the gourmet meal.

The clock struck midnight and we offered Christmas gifts to our friends.
