We arrived at the Hôtel de la Vaupalière on avenue Matignon just off the Champs Elysées

and took a tour around the ornate salons whilst sipping champagne and mingling with friends.

In keeping with the theme of the night some guests arrived wearing masks.

Then we sat down for dinner

and enjoyed our "tournados de canard".

Following the dinner a raffle was drawn,

where one lucky winner won a huge Cadbury's goody basket!

The entertainment was provided by Diamant Noir and it wan't long before everyone was on the dance floor.

The end of the party and time to say goodnight,

and try and hail a taxi on the streets of Paris with the Eiffel Tower sparkling in the background.
