In June John took part in the Auld Alliance golf competition at Crécy-la-Chapelle on the outskirts of Paris.  After the day on the golf course there was a party where everyone enjoyed a lovely dinner, a charity raffle and music and dancing. 

Le Domaine de la Brie golf course is in a lovely setting.

We stayed overnight and there's even an swimming pool.

Whilst the golfers were out playing lamb was being specially roasted for the evening festivities.

Prizes

During the evening a charity raffle took place and we were amongst the lucky winners.
